I love the service the product and communication with seller, what can I do to show that?
We really appreciate positive feedback and good comments about us to ecrater.
Many of you have emailed us directly on how much you appreciated our quick delivery, service, product, etc. If you would please give that positive feedback directly to ecrater it would help us so much.
One negative comment that is unwarranted can really hurt our reputation. We can not do anything about the problems unless we are given the opportunity to rectify the problem.

I'm not satisfied with the item(s) I received, what do I do?
If you are not satisfied with the item, please give us an opportunity to make things right. We will do our best to make amends for any problem that might have occurred.
Please do not give ecrater negative feedback, until you are convinced we did not try to rectify the problem to your satisfaction.
Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
COMBINED SHIPPING—THE BEST WAY TO SAVE!!!
It is much cheaper to add additional items to an envelope or box than to ship that item separately. Take advantage of the price difference and buy several items at once. I do combine shipping costs on each invoice for multiple items, as long as everything is paid for with a single, lump payment. To give you as much of a discount as possible, I may not be able to give a flat discount per item since things may differ quite a bit in size and weight. Please request a combined invoice before paying and I will give you the correct quote.
If you are purchasing more than one item, PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY. If you make multiple payments combined shipping is not guaranteed.
Can merchandise be returned?

Items have not been professionally authenticated, serviced or tested unless otherwise indicated. We do not guarantee functionality once it leaves our home. Items are represented to the best of our ability, be aware that items are used and/or vintage and may contain unseen faults. Items may ONLY be returned within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise was damaged during shipping or if there was a gross misrepresentation in the items description.
You must contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the best resolution to the problem.
In some cases returns will not be necessary, but we will require proof of damage.
